With this week's United Nations summit on climate change, New York hosted a who's who of global eminences. But who stole the spotlight? It wasn't the leader of the free world (Barack Obama), a jogging Nicolas Sarkozy or even Mahmoud Ahmedinejad. That honor went to Muammar el-Qaddafi, Libya’s leader and a lifestyle juggernaut worthy of at least intense head scratching.
