Lickshot, a new scrapbook by the photographer Ben Watts, arrived in bookstores today. Like Watts’s 2004 effort, “Big Up,” this is a relaxed photo diary in which movie stars, bikers and bikinied plain janes convey a curious in-your-face approachability. Watts makes use of handwritten annotations in Magic Marker and lots of two-dimensional ephemera — airline boarding passes,
