  1. a) yes b) no

I wonder whether keeping the clothes from when you were slim (mer) is as bad. I have some skinny clothes from 15 years ago which Ive kept in a blanket box ;)

I never chuck clothes I grow too big for - who knows when you'll need them next?
What I seem to forget is that all the clothes are stretched/worn and some are massively out of fashion.

Yes I agree - we have to let go of the past ....

  5. I have so many handbags and shoes its ridiculous!

After watching this video I actually went through my wardrobe and got rid of anything which is even a little bit big- I just don't need my bigger clothes there when I really don't want to be that big again

    ~xXx~

  6. I wanted to give away some of my bigger clothes to some of my larger friends given there expense,i thought it would just make them feel bad though by me saying "heres this tent sized jacket that doesn't fit me anymore....it may fit you"

I put all the clothes that don't fit me now in the charity bins....everything except my 60" waist jeans i had at my biggest! I will always keep those as a reminder of the dark days lol. 34" and now i can fit into one leg! woo and indeed hoo!

  7. don't your feet shrink when you loose weight, you may be in a different shoe size soon. Hey you could make handbags out of the big clothes...ahh, pillow cases, no no no...those are memories, just keep on piece of clothes and give away the rest. I am the opposite, i have skinny clothes from before, that I wanna wear, but I know its hard to give up. I will not buy bigger clothes, I just cry too much. :(

  8. OH MY GOD I LOVE THOSE HALLOWEEN BOOTS!
Get rid of the big stuff! I always do! I give them to bigger friends, lol.

I've only really bought clothes one size smaller. Like right now I have a size 14 hanging in my room, and I want to fit them before the end of the summer. It's only a size off, so I'm sure it'll happen!

  9. Oh! Confession! I haven't thrown anything away as yet... eek! but I will when I really cannot wear them anymore LOL. I still have one pair of fat jeans that are a size 24, from when I was 245lbs. I'm keeping them for comparison purposes!!

  10. hey.. great video hun..

hand bags and shoes eh? ohh yes.. thats what i do 2 lol..

i havn't bought anything smll but i started making a size 10-12 dress last year.. its almost finished apart from the hem and a zip needs added.. my way of thinking at the time was "i'm spending all this time making this dress.. i've must spend the time working to fit into it.."

i think the idea of posting away all your fat clothes is a fab idea.. :)

  12. i gave my biger clothes to other people,
sometimes i buy 1 size smaller because they dont have it on my size and it on sale.

  13. Do I keep clothes that are two big? No
Bought things smaller than my size? yes. Because I liked what I bought but it wasn't in my size... so I want to wear them some day but can't wear them right now. I have a pair of pants that were my aunts (she passed) and I did lose weight and fit in them. However, I gained weight back and can't fit them now. BUT I will fit them again! I can't wear dress shoes because they make my feet hurt so bad, but I do have lots of sandals.

  15. I think the bag collection comes from the fact that bags don't come in (wearable) sizes. If you body changes the bag will still fit. Now the shoes, I can't explain, must be a girl thing.
I am actually in between the jeans that fit really well 2 months ago and the jeans that I bought to fit into. O-well I think I'll get their soon.

  16. I have clothes that big, I still wear them to sleep in or work in the yard. They are all very ugly.
When I was obese all I bought was food and a good TV to watch while I ate non stop.
I am now into jewelery and skinny jeans. Weird huh?
My answer to the two questions is "No" to both of them.
Wow, free clothes. Now that is a cool deal.

  17. Hey Em, I cant wait until I have a shirt that is to big for me! I am slowly but surely decreasing though. You can check out my vids if you would like. I just started vloggin a few weeks ago. To answer your questions 1. I am the heaviest ive ever been so I dont have clothes that are to big and 2. I still have a closet full of clothes that I was able to fit into a couple of years ago. i keep them because i know i will fit in them again. Thanks for your great vid as always. Take care.

  18. I am going to donate all of my old clothes....They are piling up in my bedroom :)

I AM going to buy a goal outfit....I think that when I get into it, I will feel such a gratification and sense of accomplishment...I see what you are saying though about having clothing that you feel great in now....I don't plan on even trying to put my goal outfit on until I get there...I don't know, I guess we all work a little differently

  19. Normally I would save all my old cloths, this time I donated the fuck out of them!!! Great vid Em! Lookin good!!

    Answers:
    1) kept them and did good (now using them again).
    2) I didn't but my wife did. Bought me sexy clothes I look like a fat disgusting whore in. Oh, I really mean it.
I could have shown you my skinny clothes but guess what i don't have them as well.
I would like any of your bras?

  23. PS: I havent bought anything yet as an incentive to lose weight... but it feels good to fit into my skinny clothes (I kept most of those) im thinking of getting a outfit tho, not in real smaller sizes
